The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: order verification, tailoring, quality check and Packaging. All orders are sent to the production floor within 24 hours after the order is placed.
Shipping time: this refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. 7-21 days delivery to USA, UK, AU & CA. 14-28 days delivery to all other countries.
*please note that these are estimated delivery times, there are times customers received faster than usual within 7 days and there are times after a week or two. Kindly be patience when the order is on the way to you.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
For worldwide shipping, clients will provide their shipping company’s business/individual account registered with the shipping companies be it from Fedex, DHL, USPS or etc and we will send the items to the international shipping companies. Clients will track their parcel through their shipping companies from the ground till their destination.
Customs, duties and taxes
Kyash Cubes is not responsible for any customs and taxes.
All fees imposed during or after shipping is by the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
*usually there is no additional import cost* All our orders are door to door straightly to the doorstep. If there is anything, please referred to the given tracking number and to your local post office which we will be using the shipping companies that provided by clients. All the tracking numbers can be tracked from the International shipping websites and clients can liaise with their appointed shipping companies.
