Our Item Return Policy – In most cases, items shipped from our store can be returned within a days after delivery. If your order was shipped to Brazil or Russia, you can send it back to us within 3 days after shipment. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment date and other details of your order after it has been shipped. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Please contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.
On The DAY PRODUCT GUARANTEE
Did your item arrive damaged, different or not working? If so you are protected and can make a claim, the procedure is outlined below.
- Within the day of receiving the product contact us with the photos or video explaining the issue and whether you want replacement.
- We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
- If Approved, resend the item back to us or we will fix it on the day itself.
Will I need to send the item back to Our store?
Only high value products need to be returned. High value is determined by our service team and is usually an item around $50 or more. If it is not high value then you do not need to return it and can keep the faulty product.
If we ask you to return the product we will discuss with you the most cost effective way to return ship it to us and give you full instructions including our address. You will receive the fixed item or replacement item once we have received and checked the product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Goods sold are non returnable or refund. Any colors and materials still can be changed before fabrication. For the goodwill basis we provide on the day when we delivered the items of product guarantee, anything on the day when we delivered, please check as we will get it return to the factory. Some of the products we do provide warranty period on certain part like frame, not including wear and tear.
